Shipping Policy
Shipping quotes can be provided upon request.
Items will only be dispatched for delivery or collection after the clearance of all outstanding payments.
It is essential to acknowledge that Darling assumes no liability for damages or losses incurred during transit through third-party services.
Returns Policy
Items sold are vintage, antique and pre-used, and are therefore sold as seen and described. Customers are welcome to request a condition report prior to purchase.
Darling holds no accountability for the future lifespan of previously used goods.
Returns are accepted within 7 days for a full refund if returned in original condition, excluding delivery costs. Items must be returned in the original condition before a refund will be processed.
Shipping return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Prop Hire Policy
Hirers assume responsibility for all items from the point of departure from Darling premises until their return.
Items must be returned in the lent condition within the agreed timeframe. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Hirers are obliged to insure the hired goods and bear full liability for any losses, theft, damages, repair costs, and diminished value, up to the entire 'item value' specified in the hire invoice.
