These chairs in the manner of the 'Traffic' Armchairs designed by Bruno Rota for Esse, Italy 1983. The original chairs have big wheels through which it can be easily moved and that determined the aesthetic identity, together with the external frame in painted laminate that envelopes the leather-upholstered cushions.
It was chosen for the waiting areas of the the Citè des Sciences et de l'Industrie de la Villette in Paris and featured in Domus 646 January, 1984.
The chairs comprise an enamelled metal shell and original black cushion seats. These are covers that can be easily removed and drycleaned.
