Arguably the most well-known Italian female architect of her generation, Gae Aulenti was at the forefront of Italian Postwar design, refusing to design in the objective language of the modernists.

A tubular chrome frame holds leather seats on top of felt upholstered cushions. The leather cushions are attached with leather straps over the frame.

The sofa is in its original leather and can be reupholstered in the desired finish upon request.
