Elio Martinelli, founder of Martinelli Luce (established in 1950), devoted his career to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing lighting for both public and private spaces. 

This table lamp features a swilling upper arm and a white opal methacrylate diffuser, providing diffused light that creates a unique ambiance. Its arm and base are crafted from painted metal which has a pin in the middle to rotate the lampshade 360 ​​degrees. 

This example is from the early 1980s and features a stunning cream patina on the painted metal.
